NFGFC June Tournament - Redfish Pot and Predictions

Post by caseycook »

I'll be collecting money for the Redfish Pot. $10 per person per boat...everyone on the boat must participate to be eligible. If you get there after I've gone, leave your name and money with Theresa at JBT.

Who's fishing where? Who's gonna win?

I'm predicting 12.5 lbs wins. Vegas has BB and CT as clear favorites...

Everyone on the boat has to participate or nobody does - in other words, if you got 3 people on your boat, then it'e $30 bucks, 2 people $20 etc. I think it's always been biggest weight, and of course has to be a slot fish. Money historically paid in cash at weigh-in.
Mookbait! At least 401 times better than live bait!

oh and Casey will have to clarify on this, but I think a while back he said if we got a dead tie for first, length wins - that right Casey?

Heaviest slot red takes it...in the event of a tie, length gets it...if still tied, the pot will be split.

Couple decent fish...6 total, 4 keepers. Tons of bait...not many trout. Not sure if they're there yet, but they will be soon. Water was dirty as hell. All this Ecky talk makes me want to go explore over that ways on Friday.

Mojo, when's nap time scheduled for on Saturday? Y'all might be able to catch a limit in the tourneys if your snoring didn't scare off the fish.

Ive never seen rocks where they were the other day, I usually dont go in their at that low of a tide, glad I did now, not because of the fish, but now I know where them dragons moved to!!
