Flooring a jon

Ive never done it and was looking for ideas such what type of wood and carpet to use. Also it has a aluminum casting deck up front and two boxes (seats) in back corners that I would like two cover, what glue should I use?. the ribs are around an inch lower in the center of the floor so it will have to be built up somehow, thanks.
