No, I'm not going to make them drive to CSB. I called Troutfisher yesterday to see if I could get him and his boat to help and go out of Ecky, but if not, I'll go get my boat and bring it to St. Marks.

I met for two hours yesterday with the FDOA folks and we're still in the process of pairing captains with anglers. We've got 25 anglers who've signed up, but we've had a few captains cancel. WE STILL NEED CAPTAINS!!!!! It would really suck if some of these folks showed up to go fishing and didn't have a boat to go on...

Some of these people only get to fish once a year...you have the opportunity to make it an awesome experience.

Casey, I sent you a PM, but haven't received a reply. I'm afraid that my Doctor has told me no fishing this weekend. I popped a tendon off of my right calf muscle Sunday evening and I am now walking around like a peg legged sailor. I called Troutfisher and he can't get off work. I hate this. It seems like something happens every time I try to do something with you guys from this site. I'm sorry.

Talk about folks get'n excited!!..... I've had two emails from my Husband and Wife team this morning. One of them said:

I have arranged for a refrigerator truck to meet us upon our return.

and the other read:

I am loading spiderwire on my reels. I think we’re going to need a bigger boat.

Talk about being under pressure!

Im meeting my crew in the morning at 7:30. Im pretty excited but a little nervous about putting em on the fish. Going out of StMarks and I usually only fish for big trout when im there. I have four spinning rigs ready with poppers and jig heads. Im seriously considering stopping and picking up 5-6 dozen shrimps to help if it gets slow. You guys wish me luck. I understand my crew is a lady and her daughter. I m hoping to have some awesome pics of some fat azz trout to show you guys!!! Thanks to the organizers for giving me this opportunity Im sure Ill remember for a long long time!!!
