catch?

Any opinions on which fish is more challenging to catch...blue marlin or grouper?

Around here, the Blue wins hands down "my Bass boat can't go out that far" :-D :smt004 :beer:

we caught 25 red groupers in one hour last winter

Talking about that anyone on here ever caught a Blue Marlin? When and where and how big?

opposite to that question, which may be the answer to the original question, has anyone on here NOT caught a grouper?

yes,biggest 600+ lbs, Chub Cay, Bahamas, June 1988.
Have also caught a couple smaller ones on the Madison/Swanson area in the early 90's.

I'll be at Bay Point this weekend. I bet there will be more Blue Marlin caught there.... :wink:

Man that's a beast :thumbup: You got me beat. Mine was 400lbs 110 inches long caught May 7, 2002 off Walkers Cay Bahamas,,,remember it like it was yesterday :beer:
