
Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream (can sub with ranch dressing

1 tsp grated onion
1-tsp cider vinegar (can sub with white vinegar too)
1-tsp sugar
3/4-tsp salt
1/4-tsp ground pepper
4 cups of cabbage (I prefer thick chunky slaw, but fine will do I suppose)
1 small carrot chopped fine
Mix it all up good, I generally do this first before you even start getting the grease hot, it gives the slaw time to soak and marinate.
Good with fish, hot dogs, hamburgers or whatever you like with slaw
