What to expect this Fall

I'm jumping the gun here knowing that the tarpon are in full swing and all. But looking ahead, when has and when would you expect the mullet to start moving out of Apalache? Am I right in saying that things got going a little slow this year around the big bend, so will the fall runs be slower too? Mid-late September for the mullet? Can we expect some movement in early September at Indian Pass? I'm asking because I am a new to this area and really have no knowledge of previous years. Thanks for the help
