More Kudos for Custom Detailing!!!

Post by big bend gyrene »

Wife's car, a 4-runner, had reached a uniform shade of dirty gray just begging to serve as a chalkboard for parking lot graffiti artists. Not to mention the yeti-like headboard created by the wife's inability to say no to our 150 pound Great Dane's constant begging for rides... so this morning she asks if I can find Dolphinatic's contact info.

Not only did Dolphinatic do a great job cleaning the car, but did so with same day service, picking it up at lunchtime and having it ready for us in time for us to drive home from work. Today was the first time we ever had any detailing work done, and I'll be man enough to admit that though I take pride in usually being a "do-it-myself" type, the occasional weekend car washings I do don't compare in any way to the work Tom did.

Wish I could share some decent daylight photos, but didn't want to wait and forget to post... trust me, if I had taken before photos you would have a tough time believing the same car is in the after photos below... and though most every surface is shining, if anyone notices the wheels look a little dry it's not an accident but by request. Living down a 1/4 mile dirt road, stealing Tom's expression I avoided going for the wet tire look so I could also avoid them looking like powdered doughnuts upon getting home :-D Can't say enough how impressed I am by Tom's work... trust me, he knows his work.

Quick footnote -- swear I wasn't the one who asked Dolphinatic, ""well, how much it cost to be got that did?" :-D
