I forgot to mention the numerous breakoffs and fish we couldn't turn. The fish caught were what our tackle could handle :o I've never hung so many fish that you just had to hold on to and hope they gave up so you could have a chance. I bet we went through 40-50 hooks and leaders on this trip. I was reeling up one fish and just a few cranks off the bottom, something grabbed and pulled down so hard that it ripped drag off the senator reel and burned grooves into the end of my thumb. I could only hold the fish for 10 seconds or so, and then it broke off.......amazing

Hey everybody. My name is Chip and I was one of those completely worn out victims, I mean fishermen, on this boat with Tom. First I would like to say thanks to Tom for all the hard work you put into this day. You are THE MAN! I would also like to give a big thanks to my cousin Jeff "trouttrent" and everybody else that was there with me that day. It just doesn't get any better than this. Awesome boat, awesome fish, awesome weather, and a truely awesome group of people. Thanks for the pics, cause there aint nobody believing us till these got passed around. This is a trip I will remember for the rest of my life. Only question I got is, "WHEN ARE WE GOING AGAIN?" See yall.....

That was quite a trip guys. It has been quite some time since I have seen a report like that in the dead heat of summer. Wish I could stumble across one of those this time of year. Glad you made it work out right.
