Had to get out and go fishing yesterday! No matter if it was the middle of the day, with the sun beating down!
Went to Vada landing and fishied up a little. About 3:30 a thunderstorm pushed us out of the river.
My buddy caught one nice bass, and we both had several good strikes with no hookups. We think small plastics is the key right now.
If you go to Vada have 4WD, we had to get pulled out when we left. I will take the 4WD next time, which may be late today.
Here's a Flint bass for ya!

Nice bass. I learned to back a trailer over at Vada years ago, fishing with Dad.
