Enconfina 8/4

Not much to tell..Started out good. Hit the first creek bout 6:45 and reds and trout were tearing up spooks and skitterwalks.

Bout 8 it was pretty much over.. Rode out the low tide around 11 and headed back to a creek we'd fished couple weeks ago.. Water was low so I gets out and tried to no avail to get something to hit a fly...nothing... :sleep:

We (my buddy) picked up two more slot reds on a spoon and that was the show..boat on trailer by 4:30... We'll get em next week !

Sundown, is that Econfina in Lee County? Ha. Better that fishing Lake Chehaw, huh? :lol: Did you get your boat??

FRP, Boat came off line on 7/22 according to Triton. Least thats what they faxed Flint River Marine..Found it wasn't built in Nashville as I thought but in Minnesoto...Supposedly they gotta get a trailer load before they bring them down which makes sense..Hoping it shows up this week..FRM says two days to get motors on it and the other stuff they gotta do....
