1990 Dutchman Classic, 26ft, this travel trailer is in very good condition. A/C, heater, stove, refrigerator. No leaks, all systems were tested by a local dealer. You will be very happy with the condition of this camper. A weight distribution hitch is included.

The only issues are: I clamped off the line to the fresh water tank because the fresh water pump developed a small leak. This can easily be repaired by a new pump, around $100 or a repair kit, around $50. This was not worth me fixing because I always camp where I can hookup a fresh water hose. The awning has a small tear that has been repaired with repair tape and one piece of one of the support arms is missing. The awning is still usable with no problems so I did not see any reason to buy the part. The antenna will not raise (I bring a XM radio to listen to anyway) about $200 would make the camper perfect.
Located in Panama City.
$3,800 obo

Looks like a nice camper. Wish I could swing it.

yes is has a hot water heater, 6 gal I think, as far as the BTU's of the a/c and the size of the holding tanks, sorry but I just don't know. The a/c does a very good job of cooling. Sorry I can't be of more help.
