I planted summer plots back in early June and I am hoping they will carry into late September. We'll see.

I have not even got any of my fall seeds in the store yet, usually mid to late Sept is the best time around here.

What the heck do you need food plots for?? :D My cousin sent me these yesterday. They were taken on Tuesday. He went to check on some of his registered cows and found these critters inside the fenced area. He said that next time he would just close the gate and wait for opening day. :-D Located in Central Missouri about 15 miles Northeast of Columbia.

If I lived in Central MO and had pests like that, I probably wouldn't waste time planting food plots either. How nice that would be. Too bad this isn't Central MO :-?

Nope. Usually, me and Jay (aka Bad Behavior) usually have tropical corn and soybeans in the ground well before now. We are dragging way behind. :smt009 :smt009 We are going to plant sometime next week.

nope, we'll plant before the first rain in October. Our farmer has done a great job though, he got peanuts, corn and soybeans in the fields he leases from us. That s/b be good until then.
