Dirty Water?

Went out of econfina Sat Aug 30th to see if we could plow up a grouper. Went about 18+ miles out and the water was brownish green till about 16 miles out . Cleared up a little to 18 miles out and there were large patches of pine stray out there also. Has anyone else encountered any of this water out of panacea , St Marks or Carrabelle? Did catch one just keeper gag in about 28 feet in real dirty water . It was really rolling 3's and had a newby on the boat who didnt feel too good so we didn't try to bottom fish. Thanks for any help

Went out to O-tower on Sunday. Water was calm, but dirty. It never got to that nice blue color. Carrabelle river looked disgusting.

A couple kings and a cobia. We targeted the bait schools on the way out and back in.
