Piney Island Reds

Post by flounderpounder »

Today was windy as hell, the water was chocolate milk and there was grass everywere. There were times of light sprinkles of rain and gusts of wind over 20 mph, but the fishing was very, very good, go figure. Me and my buddy left he house around 8:30 and got beat up for 4 hours but we caught alot of quality fish. We ended up with a few reds and flounder on ChatterBaits and soaked some Fiddlers for a ton of baby drum and good size sheephead. Overall today was a solid day considering the conditions.

Way to go FP! I'm a fan of Piney, and an even bigger fan of catching a mess of fish. Live bait seems to be the ticket around OB. I'm glad to hear the weather didn't get you too bad.

Nice work, Flounder. Pardon my ignorance, but is Piney Island near Keaton?
