Met up with my fishing partner for the day mr.Brown in t'ville this morning at 6:00 and headed for Econfina.I had used some equitment of his and promised him a trip to repay him.We arrived at the ramp to find one other boat putting in ahead of us.One of the guys told us that they had fished monday and only caught one fish and the water was nasty and the tide was wrong .I didn't pay much attention and reasured mr.Brown that we would catch him a limit of fish.Ran to first hole and set up drift throwing top water plugs.I soon caught our first fish of the day measuring just under 20".Mr.Brown went to a white gulp with a CT and caught a 15"and 18"er.We moved to hole number 2 and i boated a 22 inch red on the spook. We moved again and i picked up a 19 incher and he landed the biggest trout of the day a 20 and a 1/4 inch fatty .We hit a couple more holes with no luck and packed it up and headed to t'ville with his limit of trout and a red.Water wasn't too murky until the tide came in and we caught all but one of our fish on the falling tide which was weird because low tide was .05 and there was alot of water coming in at high tide.Caught them i 11/2 to 3 ft of water.
