I broke my lens and frame a year ago and they would not warranty them so I had to pay 70 bucks to get them back. Better than paying for a new pair of glasses though. They were very fast and easy to work with.

I've sent sevral pair back this year for various reasons and they have always been good to deal with. They even swapped out a pair MP2 frames for the Swordfish frames for next to nothing. The generally take 2-3 weeks to check them out, fix them and send them back.
The only issue I had was its a 1 day UPS point from here but 4 day US Mail and that is who they use, but that's being nit-picky.
