Aucilla 10/25

Post by No Slack »

Simple trip, great results. Took my buddy who recently had twins out for a morning of fishing. He just wants to get out of the house so the success was a bonus. Not sure what the weather was going to be but it turned out to be quite nice until @ 9:30, then the wind took off. Fished near the mouth of the Aucilla and came up with 6 keeper reds to 25.5." Even had a double hook-up! Caught cranking the gold spoon and a skitterwalk. Love to see that neon blue tail when the fish are lit up. The fish seem to be very active right when the tide starts to turn.
