i have decided to sell my lot in taylor county off CR14. it is about a half mile from the econfina boat ramp at the state park in a subdivision called river place subdivision.

the lot is 1/3 of an acre and i have previously pulled a comp plan compliance certificate and a septic permit back in 2002 when i bought the property. it is across the street from lots that are on the river. the subdivision has covenants and restrictions and does not allow mobile homes and requires a minimum of a 1600 sf house to be built. the lot is in a flood zone and will require to be built off grade. i have met most of the folks who have built homes there and they are a very good bunch to have as neighbors.

there is a central potable water system for drinking water but no central sewer so a septic tank is needed.

i am planning on listing this property but decided to try here first.

price is $47,000

i will take $1,000 off the price is you are a current sponsor of this web site, a current member of the nfgfc, or a current member of CCA. I will also donate $500 to bigbendfishing.net if i sell it through this ad.

If I buy it thru BBF.n I get $1000 off plus $1000 off for NFGFC plus $1000 off for CCA. I am a member of all 3. Plus Tom gets $500. Is that correct?

I am also a member of Ducks Unlimited Havana Chapter. Does that quailfy for another grand? What about NRA?

steve, you are correct.

you get a triple bonus!!!! - not sure about the duck thing.
