Sheep's Head?
Hey folks...got a bunch of sheep's head the other day and was wondering about the best way to prepare/cook them? I tried filleting and frying them but I felt like I lost most of the meat. Any advice welcomed. Thanks all and Merry Christmas!!

If you lost most of the meat they may have been to small. Winter we get the pretty big nice white flaky meat fried is great I have also baked and blackend them.
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?

I know what you mean... they always seem like they are mostly head. I bought some chewy little gulps so i was going to drop one beside a piling or something and see if i can catch a sheephead on them.

Blackened in a cast iron skillet with a little butter and a lot of col beer.
