Carolina Skiff ?
I want to put a bow mount trolling motor on my skiff and the way the bow turns up, it seems the mount would need to be shimmed to be level. I have the larger deck on front of a 14'. Anyone delt with this issue before? Thanks SF.

correct
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?
Re: Carolina Skiff ?
What exactly are you calling a bow mount? I thought all of the mounts actually mount on top of the deck and then hang over the edge after you release and extend the motor.?

Here's a picture of my 19' CS, and the trolling motor mounts right on the deck
If you are referring to the small crack at the bottom, you could probably caulk it with some 5200 if it bothered you.

That's the way I've seen most of them.Talltails wrote:

My 14 has more of a turned up bow. I know it mounts to the deck like tall tails is. I guess Ill get it on the water and see what if anything it needs for the motor shaft to be vertical.
