Who's got a Stiffy?
I just found out Stiffy makes fishing rods, http://www.stiffypushpoles.com/rods.htm
Does anyone have one? I imagine they are very good quality because the push poles are awesome!

Watch out for the one who brings a spoon to a knife fight..he is either really stupid or really good with a spoon. <')))><

Re: Who's got a Stiffy?
I don't own a Stiffy rod, but I have fished with them and they are very good. Nice tip and backbone, cast great and reasonably priced.
I had a Stiffy Hybrid push pole (lost while trailering--bummer) and can attest for them. Kevin makes great products and knows his stuff, 'cause he's an avid angler and tour pro.
I'd highly recommend both.

My stiffy hybrid cast like shit. I can cast it a mile( it's 21' long) but the control and sensitivity are both lacking.

I thought you had done flipped when I saw this post until I read it!
Those rods are horrible
Don't buy one, stick with G-Loomis!

Remember..
If you've had your Stiffy for more than 4 hours.....seek medical attention.

Why spend the extra coin and buy an off the shelf Loomis, when you can have a quality, technique specific rod for the same price if not less?Natureboy wrote:Those rods are horribleDon't buy one, stick with G-Loomis!
Just a thought.

RC can build you one just like you want it. I bet he can even put your name on it.
