Need to know something

Any of yall ever gone on just a catch and release trip when a seasons out or something :-? need to know thinking about going on one for grouper. happy fishing.

It is my belief that most of my fishing trips are like that... or at least I can say I released them all. :roll:

Its a good time to locate new spots. Theres still some filets that are legal. If I get the chance Im going. 8)

Can't say that I've ever done it for grouper, but I have done C&R trips for trout, reds & bass. With trout the season being closed comes into play, but much more often these trips are directly related to how much fish I have back at the house. They stay fresher if left in the water until needed.

I might would consider catch & release if I was inside Fl waters :-D that way I would still have a chance ta bring a couple Red Grouper home with me :thumbup: :beer:

I will still fish this month and if I catch a trout I will release it. I am not going to target them but they are still fun to catch!

I don't have any problem with it. Me I just love to fish,taking them home is a real bonus but they fight the same wether your taking them home or not. ;-)
Shoot up amongst us ,one of us has to have some relief !
