Can't afford a jack plate and the tires dont have much clearance as it is. Guess I could put spacers under the bunks and rebolt or leave it alone.

If your just worried about it freezing, put a 100 watt bulb next to it

I've had a blanket under the cowl and a couple of halogen lights hanging on the foot for 2 dang weeks.
