Some clarification

This past weekend people were told they couldn't fish the tournament unless they were a member of NFGFC. Did something change, because in the past folks were given a chance to fish a couple of tournaments and then they would join. So do you have to be a member to fish the tournaments now or is it one person on the boat must be a member.

It has always been a members tournament. The rules state there must be one member in good standing on the boat.
You could have one paid up member on the boat and 3 unpaid members on the same boat. In which case only the paid member receives points for that tournament.
All member dues are now due as of January 1.

A guest can fish 2 tournaments. After 2 tournaments they must join to continue fishing tournaments.
