Wakulla River 3/29

Post by Charles »

The river was nice this afternoon. Much nicer and more comfortable than Walker Creek was yesterday morning. My seven year old in the kayak and me in the canoe. We didn't go up real far. From Lower Bridge, up the east side about 3/4 mile then back down the west side of the river. Saw a big snapping turtle. Caught 4 little bass, about 8-10", and one 15". All on a black/yellow 1/2 oz. Snagless Sally.
