Too wet!!

Post by DixieReb »

I'm going crazy here!! It's been raining for almost a week here with no letup. I want to go catch a trout or any kind of fish, and there's no telling how long the water will be messed up after all this slop finally moves out. I bought some crickets last week before all the rain started and brought most of them home after fishing one day. if this keeps up, I may have to just let them all go in the yard so they don't die.Anybody else having withdrawals? Come on, it's OK, tell all. :smt004

it"s driving me crazy but if this rain keeps up, the redfish will make their way up to Moultrie.

Yeah, wouldn't that be a sight? Redfish in the 'O' river, 120 miles north of Panacea. And maybe some trout thrown in!

Reels have been re-spooled and lubed. Rods have been cleaned and one new tip placed. Tackle boxes have been re-oragnized. Twice. Motor is serviced and ready to run. Mother-in-law is in town to visit for three weeks. Rain pelts down and shows no sign of quitting. Anybody else think God has a sense of humor?
