Bring him to the meeting tomorrow night so he can join the club and catch flounder at the tournaments and get a hat and a NFGFC bumper sticker and listen to Terry talk about HIGHROLLER LURES.CairoTrout wrote:Looks like my daddy is gonna have to get a reel and rod from Kevins.

BG, I know you were kidding (I think......BayGator wrote:Can the flounder have gig holes in it?![]()

North Florida Gulf Fishing Club 2009 Tournament Rules
15. Only fish taken by hook and line are eligible for weigh in. Electrically driven reels on freestanding rods (Electramates) are acceptable. Mounted winch devices (one armed bandits), motor driven long lines, spearing, Gigging, netting, shooting (including bang sticks), or any method of catching fish in violation of Florida or U.S. laws are prohibited. Use of any illegal method for catching fish will result in disqualification from the tournament of all entrants on the violating team.
I know gigging flounder is legal, but not within the rules for our tournaments.
What was I supposed to do today?
