West Flats 4-3-2009

Post by brownout »

Went out this afternoon with my sister and brother-in-law to the West Flats out from Shell Point. Very windy but caught about 20 trout, five of which were keepers. The largest two were about 18 inches. Threw gulp and shrimp but the largest two were caught on top water, gold and red. Thanks to my family for using their boat!

Good report, Brownout. How deep the bite?

Tannic brown, but bottom visible to 4', 5' in some places.
