Enconfina
My wife had some family in from Penn. and I figured after a few days of them fishing in the farm pond with only a few decent Bass, I'd see if they wanted to try the big pond. Not surprised, her Uncle and Nephew said YES! You have heard of " Taking One For The Team" well I did. I took two Yankees and 3 kids (2 YO, 8 YO and a 12 YO) to Icky today. Her uncle boated a 18.5 Trout right off the bat on a CT and new penny gulp. I rigged everyone up that way thinking of the easiest way to let them have fun and possibly catch a few. We put in at 9:30 and fished til about 1:00. we ended the trip with 9 keepers and 18 throwbacks. Everyone caught fish and the two from up North can't wait to come back next year. Took them to Angelos in Panacea and filled up on good food and headed home. I was so stressed out, we had drifted toward Aucilla and when it come time to leave, I pulled up at the Aucilla landing before I realized I put in at Icky. Da-um that was a long 3-4 hr trip.
No matter what, it's a good day.

Good trip. Just wondering where are they from in PA? I lived up there most of my life.

Re: Enconfina
There are no brownie points at my house. It was my my only out to get on the water. I could have sworn I told my wife that I loved to fish and hunt before we got married, but she has no recolition of any of that. My next wife will have to sign off on it!
No matter what, it's a good day.
