Taken from the NFGFC Tournament Rules:

26. The Tournament Director may allow anglers choice of launch site.

There is no written rule against trailering for any club tournament. However, the past discussion is everyone fishes the designated location when a specific location, ie St Joe Bay, Carrabelle, Econfina, is designated. That is the reason for having a designated location. Rule 26 was added for the kayakers. It was added after a St. Joe tournament. The kayakers didn't want to have to put in at Presnells and paddle across the bay.

Maybe it's time we review the rules, and revise them, if necessary. Or we can hole all of the tournaments out of Jerrys.
What was I supposed to do today?

Then I think Casey should implement this rule...

23. The Tournament Director may implement additional tournament specific rules and restrictions for individual tournaments.

That's the impression I was under.

Had hoped to participate. PSJ is a great spot and I've always enjoyed fishing over there. Mother's day weekend and I'll be down South with mine. Play nice boys and girls.

I was really hoping to get to fish this one but with tickets to TPC @ Sawgrass on Saturday looks like I'll be missing another one. Tight lines to everyone and be safe.

My thinking is: you can fish anywhere you want to as long as you launch from St.Joe Bay.

We will be fishing Carrabelle and Econfina soon enough.

Not bad finishes considering our tourneys average around 25 boats  If you stop talking all that smack, you might eventually finish in the top 15 :smt005 :smt005
