WHERE CAN I FIND A MAP ON THE INTERNET WHERE IT'LL GIVE ME GPS CORDINATES OF THE PANHANDLE?

Maybe you'll find this link helpful, you'll have to copy and paste it into the browser window. The site has a position curser in the middle, in the lower left corner it will list the lat, long of that curser. You can zoom in pretty close, just depends on how exact you need to be......
