The wifey and I were in PCB again and I fished with Anthony on Friday after getting soaked the previous week up in West Bay!! This time the weather was great and we caught some decent Trout that morning. We grab some lunch and decided to head to one of his favorite spots holding Reds up in East Bay. We make our first pass and we start seeing “red” right away! We make a couple of drifts on the flat and we are seeing singles, doubles and small schools, but they were really spooky!! The next pass we find a larger school of reds and Anthony drops a Gulp Shrimp right on their heads. It was awesome watching this red turn on his bait and eat. Here’s the result!
We drift again and this time we find an even larger school. Anthony was the first to throw and it split the school up so I drop a gold glitter soft plastic on a jig head in front of one the splits and BAM! Fish on! Talk about awesome!!!
