Fishfinder Needed
My Eagle fishfinder died on me this weekend. It will work for a second then flash zero and won't pick up even sitting still. I think it is time to replace it. I use a hand held GPS so I don't need anything really fancy, just something that will tell me how deep I am fishing. I am headed to Atlanta tomorrow so I can stop at Bass Pro but I thought I would check on here and see if anyone had one they want to sell. Thanks.

I'm here and ready to go. You supply the boat and I'll find the fish and tell you how deep we are after I do it.

Dave, I'm happy so far with my Humminbird.

From my personal experienceSSSSSS.....if you hear a crunching, scraping sound you're probably too shallow!

Here are a few helpful hints on fishing shallow:
You might be too shallow ... when the motor starts bucking like a wild bronco and there are no waves.
You might be too shallow ... when you fly over the windshield while looking down at your boat, which has suddenly ceased all forward motion.
You might be too shallow ... when you throw your lure and you hear it smack something.
You might be too shallow ... when the bow of your boat flattens some little kids sand castle.

Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I will have a Hummingbird of some sort this week - I requested that it not be installed on the boat. It is brand new in the box - I do not know what model - but I will be selling it below retail.
