None had any exciting size to them, but its the first time I've been out in a long time and I had fun. I need to get over and do some poon fishing soon before I lose my mind.

LOL - the mullet was actually azz-hooked on a jighead by my cousin. I set the fly rod next to it to mess with some buddies on another board that were trying to figure out how to target mullet on the fly. I should have cut out the gulp bag. Oh well

All of my fish were caught on a small green grass shrimp pattern except for one I caught on a white deerhair fly. I should have brought the 6wt after seeing how small these guys were.

Alan, I'm hoping to head that way in the next couple of weeks. I was going to try and slide out there Sunday, but not sure if I'll have the time. I heard a couple boys put a few in the air the last day or two and they're seeing some solid numbers. I'm dying to get out there. You guys making your way over any time soon?
