Nitrogen-enriched Gasoline for Outboards?

A twist on the ethanol in gasoline saga . . . Shell's "nitrogen" enriched gasoline. Anybody know how it effects outboard engines? :-?

Should have no effect. However, if you throw a nitros oxide tank in the mix, something gonna shift!
