has anyone had any luck catching flounder on the shoals off st marks , st. theresa's recently ??
if so are pinfish the bait of choice ??

Not sure about the shoals, but you can't beat mud minnows. Never tried pinfish.

Mud Minnows or finger mullet work but so does a Redfish Magic

I got four in two hours wade fishing at Bald Point fishing for trout with Gulps. The Flounder seemed to like them.

Haven't tried the shoals but the shallow reefs are full of them, so are the flats at night. They like steel though, not bait.
