The Classy Tallahassee Bikini Bicyclist!
his name is Richard and he is actually a very nice person. He has a fan group now on facebook. When he found out, he was excited that their were people out there that would want to be his friends, not that he was a celebrity of sorts. He is a little on the slow side with a brain injury from getting hit by a hit and run driver.

he isn't trying to shock anyone, if you ask him he'll tell you the reason he rides like that is because its more comfortable, wearing pants makes his legs chaff.

he rides along the parkway and old st augustine in towards the capitol.

if you see him, tell him hi, but please don't be mean to him.

Bigirishllp,
Just having a bit of good-spirited fun and more at Wheeler's expense than Richard's. :D And dittos on the not being mean to him comment.

Truth be known, Bman should be an officer on the Facebook page as he's a bona-fide tracker/spotter.

For anyone on Facebook, there's a video that really does a good job interviewing Richard...

Even Tampa Bay area folks know about Richard, though got to say some of the footage in the video isn't for the faint of heart.
