Amen! Hate to see anyone in that situation, but it's good to know someone has the backbone and the morals to act and react the way he has. :thumbup:

Good for him.

Anyone want to bet on how quickly HE will be made the criminal? Taken from the last paragraph of the story:

"Police are investigating whether Augusto's gun was properly licensed"

Police said Augusto did not have a permit for the shotgun, but he would not be charged with a crime.

If we had more reports like this, I would bet crime would go down.
