I ran a little late getting there and there were 2 boats in my first 2 Crappie holes. I went on to catch 30 Crappie and 54 catfish. Not a bad morning for me. In my previous report I told you they were biting at 12 to 14ft in 26ft of water and that is still true, but in 20ft of water they were biting best at 7 to 8ft deep. It also seams that the larger fish were in the 7 to 8ft range. The cats were the same as the previous report 13 to 14ft fish about a foot off the bottom. I meant to take some pictures this trip and post them, but when the fish are biting taking a picture is the last thing on my mind.
Good luck to everyone and I hope this helps, but please stay out of JT’s holes and mine!!!
PS: I didn’t see you out there Barhopr, let me know and we will go some time.
