Don't know if this will help but used to have an old Johnson 70 that froze up on me and I could not get it loose no matter what I tried. Alan down at Shell Island helped me unhook the steering and then gave me a rod that fit on the end that I was able to use to pound it out. Might be worth giving him a call or brining it by for suggestions.

I don't no if this would be relevant to your motor, but mine stuck once and I was able to free it by pushing the motor to one side while trimming the motor up and down. My tube has to rotate while the motor is trimmed. This allowed me to get it moving. I also kept it saturated with P.B. Blaster during the whole process.
