Hi guys and gals here is a great opportunity for you (if your a lady) or the ladies in your life. The FWC puts on a 3 day workshop three times a year for women, the Tallahassee workshop is coming up, October 9-11. There are several great sessions:
Introduction to Fly-Fishing, Introduction to Muzzleloaders, Introduction to Shotgun Shooting and Hunting, Introduction to Handgun Shooting and Hunting, Map and Compass Basics, Outdoor Photography Basics, Introduction to Reading the Woods, Basic Wilderness Survival Skills, Boating Basics, Bowhunting Certification, Basic Personal Safety Skills, The Primitive Chef, Basic Archery Skills, Knot Tying Basics, Basic Camping/Backpacking, Canoeing / Kayaking Basics, Small Game Hunting Basics, Introduction to Pan Fishing, Bird Watching Basics, Introduction to Bass Fishing, Hunter Safety Certification Course**, Introduction to the Shooting Sports, Talkin’ Turkey, Basic Wilderness First Aid

The cost is $175.00 this includes sessions, meals, and accommodations. I wanted to go last year but wasn't able to work out the dates, this year my fall break is during the October session, so I am excited about going :-D . Space is limited, check it out:
