Econfina 9/27 - A day on the water with TroutTrent

FIshed with TroutTrent yesterday out of Econfina doing some pre-fishing for next week's tournament...figured I'd post a report to get everyone fired up about fishing the area. We covered a lot of water and caught some trout, including a few good ones. Caught them on topwater, but the fish weren't very aggressive. Hopefully the cold front coming through next week will turn the fish on a bit more. The interesting thing was that we only caught two redfish and both were under-slot.

Jeff - had a great time! Looking forward to doing it again on Oct. 17... :thumbup: :thumbup:

HEY CASEY THOSE ARE SOME GOOD TROUT, GLAD YA GOT A FEW TO TAKE HOME. I DO NOT THINK THINGS WILL GET BETTER UNTIL THIS MOON PHASE IF OVER. GLAD YA GOT SOME.
