Re: Favorite plastic worm color for bass
Really depends on the water clarity, and what the fish have been feeding on.
clear water go with light green/motor oil type colors..
Bill Dance once said his five favorite colors are," Blue,Blue,Blue,Blue, and Blue..
I've found that in stained water go with a darker color like moccasin/crawfish color.
Culprit worm in black shad is always my goto color in any water.
at any rate always try to match the hatch!!!!

If I can only have one color to fish with, it'd be black

Haven't done much freshwater fishing in FL, but growing up in SC dark purple (real dark -- almost black) was my go-to color

It used to be black grape until someone a long time ago introduced me to blue shad(black and blue). Since then I have only used that one color on a regular basis. Sure I have tried others from time to time, but nothing seems to work like my fave. I guess it is that confidence thing in action.
