OUT OF THE HOSPITAL

Post by FUTCHCAIRO »

PA THE REALLY OLD MAN!!!!!!!!! I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL THIS AFTERNOON . BUD CALLED JUST AS I WALKED INTO THE HOUSE. BUD I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU CALLING, HAD ABOUT 75 E-MAILS FROM PEOPLE ON THE FORUM AND I AM ABOUT 1/2 HALF WAY THROUGH READING THEM. JOHN I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE AILING AGAIN, HOPE YA GET OVER WHAT EVER IT IS. I AM NOT GOING TO ANSWER ALL OF YOUR EMAILS FOLKS, IT WOULD TAKE ALL NIGHT AND MOST OF TOMORROW, I REALLY, REALLY APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU THAT TOOK TIME TO MAIL ME, IT IS GOOD TO KNOW YA HAVE SO MANNY FRIENDS, SOME I HAVE NOT EVEN MET BUT FEEL LIKE I ALREADY KNOW .
TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME SEVERE PAIN UNDER MY LEFT LEG ALL THE WAY TO MY FOOT. TOOK MANY TEST AND ALL TURNED OUT NEG. I FINALLY DEDICED TO HEAD TO SOME NEW DOC'.S, THEY ALSO TOOK MANY TEST AND COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM. FINALLY ONE OF THE DOC'S SAID THAT HE HAD JUST GOTTEN A NEW SONNAGRAM MACHINE AND WOULD LIKE TO TRY IT OUT. I GAVE HIM THE O.K. AND BOY THAT THING LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE. I HAD A STRING OF BLOOD CLOTS FROM MY UPPER LEG TO THE BOTTOM OF MY CALF. HE SENT ME DIRECTLY TO CHECK INTO THE HOSPITAL,
AFTER 6 DAYS UNDER MEDICATION WE GOT THE CLOTS DESOLVED AND MY BLOOD CLEAN AGAIN. I WILL BE ON BLOOD THINNER FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE BUT I WILL HAVE SOME KIND LIFE WHERE I CAN GET BACK OUT ON THE WATER AND GET IN A FEW MORE DAYS OF FISHING. I ALSO WILL HAVE A DIET TO FOLLOW FOR A WHILE.

I JUST THANK GOD FOR GETTING THIS ALL STRAIGHTEN OUT AND CAUGHT IN TIME.
THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE MAIL AND PRAYERS . PA THE OLD MAN :-D :-D   :smt006 :smt006

'Good to hear ya out of th 'hors'pital and getting along. A little recuperative fishing might do ya good, if you can catch a nice day for it. The diet will be the tough part, at least it would be for me. Hang in there, long as ya can. :-)

Earl, its good to hear that the Docs sorted you out and well done for persevering.

Take it easy and keep off that Bushwacker machine for a while , that thing is enough to give you blood clots, or piles. :-?
