Hard to tell from their pretty drawings but I would say this one looks a little sturdier. And it is removable.

Skinny Water has fixed mount and removable mounts. They are also a local company using american made materials.
They will also custom build you whatever you want at a ridiculously low fee.

I'm trying to sell a used anchor system that came off a used skiff I purchased. Since the cat installed this system with marine tex it left a nice size circle on my bow when I pulled it off. I'm just trying to sell it at half off to recuoup some monies to fix the gel coat. It's like new. If you use this system or like it it should be a good deal. I use an anchor.

I'd like to see some pictures of the actual system so I can determine if there's enough room on the bow to mount it and see it's condition before I make an offer.
