Pulling Pork?

What's the easiest way to pull pork for BBQ? Smoked shoulder yesterday its been if the fridge all night
and now I'm ready to pull it and think theres got to be an easy way to do this.

It's easier to pull if its warm.

I usually wait until about 6 hours before its done and start drinking beer and begin separating the meat from the bone after I've let it rest for a little while. The beer helps to numb your fingers in case its still hot. I use my fingers and a knife when it sticks to the bone.

OK next time I'll drink lots of beer and pull it warm.
I allready had the whole Pulling Pork thing one Facebook
not going there again. I was just tring to find an easier way
than standing for over an hour making Bar-B-Que by hand.

If it take you an hour you didn't cook it long enough. I can pull one in 5 minutes. I do cook mine for at least 14 to 18 hours on the green egg.. :D
