fish for supper

Post by DixieReb »

Went over to a favorite pond with minnows. Put out 2 minnow rigs, caught 2 fish. A big speck almost 2 lbs. on the de-liar and a 2 lb. speckled catfish. Enough fish for supper, ate what the 2 of us wanted and carried the rest down to Pop's house. :lick: A good way to end a good day. :smt004

I'm having left over speckled pearch and speckled catfish for dinner today. When it's poor conditions to go saltwater fishing....fresh water takes over....and it's speckled perch time. They sure are good too. :D
