A good morning

Post by GAJOEY »

Went to the flint to do some duck hunting this morning because I did not get invited to go deer hunting with my 14 yo son and his grandpa which was cool because they need time to bond too. for about 30 min we had well over 45 woodies fly over and a few of the bigger ducks as well. knocked down 3 woodies and headed into work to do a quick job at 8:00 am.

finished up at work at about 9:00 am and was on my way to the house and my son called asking if i wanted to process two deer.. He then informs me that he laid the smack down on a 4 pt and a doe this morning...Both were perfect neck shots dropped both deer in thier tracks. I am to say the lease a proud dad . At his age I whould have gotten out of my stand after I shot the doe. His paitence paid off an hout later when the buck walked right to the doe to check on her ..He laid him down right beside her .
