Top Water for Reds and Trout

Post by Joe »

I am going fishing tomorrow and was curios if Reds and Trout can be caught on topwater after this cooler weather we have had. I have been chasin the grouper and lost sight since the cooler water showed up. Should I focus in the creeks? Please help plan my day. :D

Thanks in advance!

I am planning a trip tomorrow also. I will be going into the creeks east of the lighthouse. If the sky is not too bright then I will be trying top water plugs. If it is then I will be going to jigs, mirro lures, or fluke style baits, depending on what they want.
Good luck to us both.

Mythbuster:

It don't matter about the brightness, and most big trout around here are caught on topwater at high noon.
