I need to purchase a boat storage shed for my place in Carraballe.
A standard height should work and 8 to 10 feet wide and 20 to 24 feet long. Those standard carport type metal sheds should work fine.
I was considering a small enclosed end with a door for additional storage for items such as lawn mower, beach chairs, etc.
If the storage option, would not be cost effective, I will just build a stand alone building to match the house.
I didn't want to build a pole type shed, the metal type can be semi-portable much easier. Plus that would just add another project to the to do list.
I have seen several of those companies in the area, but of course I am looking for a good price, and I am sure some of those places will be more willing to deal.

Re: Anyone have a source or contact for a Shed?
I did a good bit of back and forth a couple of years ago before I finally decided on a "Lark". They are made in Vidalia Georgia but there is a dealer in Tallahassee and Crawfordville Hwy (Southeast Portable Buildings 850 926-7100.) I had special "wants" with respect to door and window size/placement and I wanted the electrical boxes raised to a particular height from what they considered standard to accomodate future workbench height. I also went with extra wall height of 7 ft. I especially liked the cross bracing, the floor system, and the full 2X4 top plate (some other brands use a 1 X 4) that are all standard. The base price for my 12 X 20 was $3500.00. I had drawn up plans and put a bill of materials together a couple of times since moving to my place and it always seemed to only save me a few hundred dollars ( 5 or 6) which when considering the time I had available and the convenience of having someone else deliver and set the thing up caused me to go that route. Here's a website with some models and a video of how the units are put together. http://www.larkbuilders.com/

I have a metal building installed by Carolina Carports. They were the most reasonable I talked to, and will build anything you want.

Stop by and see Mike the owner of Southeast portable buildings at the Tallahassee store on Hwy 90 west of town, He has a lot in Carwfordville but I would deal with Mike only. I have two of the Lark buildings and 3 of the carports on my property from Carolina Carports. All units were special build and I have had no problems with them or the installation. Mike's cell numbers is 850-510-0565

Atlas Manufacturing in Alapaha, GA. They have the best quality and best prices that I've seen. Their number is 229-532-2905. Ask for Mark, he's the owner.
